Mindfulness sessions are a way to focus the body by finding a neutral sate that can be 1:1 or in groups. Mindfulness aids with productivity, focus and mental-wellness by focusing on awareness of the mind and body.
Guided meditation
Guided meditations are bespoke relaxation sessions that take a laddered approach to relaxing the mind and body. This can include creating and exploring a safe place while reflecting on presence and awareness with a guide.

Grounding Techniques
Similar to mindfulness, grounding techniques focuses on awareness to ground the body in it's neutral state looking identifying what works for you and how expanding your options.
Interactive creativity
Interactive creativity is a play-space that offers individuals looking to create, art, poetry, creative writing, scriptwriting, music-making, etc the space to do so with informed company. Interactive creativity is a space to create with a non-judgemental responsive witness.
